Health and Safety Made Simple

DO YOU NEED HELP IN THE MANAGEMENT OF HEALTH AND SAFETY

The law says that all employers must have access to competent health and safety advice. This may be yourself, one or more of your workers, or someone from outside your business. Whichever option you choose you must be able to confirm your source of health and safety is competent, preferably in the industry in which you operate.
You probably manage most aspects of your business yourself, or with the help of your staff. However if you are not confident in your ability to manage all health and safety issues in-house, you may need to obtain external expertise.
Deciding what help you need is very important, unless you are clear about what you want, you probably won`t get the help you need.

Possible sources of advice can be: -

  • Health and Safety Consultants
  • Health and Safety Training providers
  • Trade Associations
  • Health and Safety equipment suppliers
  • Local safety groups
  • Local Councils
  • Trade Unions
